Procrastination is a much used and most misunderstood word. You see procrastination does not mean you are a lazy bugger. It simply means there are other good reasons or purposes why you put stuff off.

The topic for the practice group is a process for getting things done. Create outcomes and goals that have a real purpose and create the necessary motivation and resolve to really get things done.
