There are plenty of Training organisations in the North East of England running various NLP trainings. Some offer shorter courses and others offer longer ones.

Whichever course duration you have chosen to be best for you, we have at least one thing in common and that is the wonders and immeasurable opportunity’s developing our NLP skills opens up for us.

When I was studying for my NLP practitioner course I really enjoyed the extra opportunity to practice my NLP skills with a group of like minded people.

Our NLP Practice Group, The NLP Cafe is structured, so you know in advance what process will be demonstrated on the night and its well supervised by experienced trainers who demonstrate the process first.

The NLP Cafe meets on the third Tuesday of the month to practice NLP and we meet on the first Wednesday of the month to practice hypnotherapy at The Trance Cafe.

Our practice groups are open to all practitioners, master practitioners and anyone who is currently studying for an NLP practitioner certificate.

People like you or me, have, in our life time, our own personal history, had experiences that for want of a other words have been traumatic, painful or negatively emotionally charged. This is part of the rich tapestry of life and often labelled as Trauma, Grief, Guilt, Shame, PTSD and other kinds of problematic responses to past events.

Usually the intensity of the experience fades in time and we are OK. But other times there are one, two or a few memories that just seem to pop up and surface and whoom all the unwanted emotional energy is there. Its painful, unpleasant and unwanted.

What would it be like if you can learn a simple and brief NLP process to resolve these types of painful emotional imprints? How useful will it be for you to clear up your own undesirable responses to your own personal history events? What sort of benefits can you imagine when this process is in your tool bag?

Steve and Connirae Andreas developed NLP Eye Movement Integration on 1989. Additionally there will be a further addition ‘Lazy-Eights’ which Andrew T Austin demonstrated while we attended his excellent IEMT training.

Come along for two hours of well structured and
applied NLP Practice

7-9pm Tuesday 15th April at St Oswalds Coleman Teaching Centre

Introduction to NLP

Perhaps you have seen Paul McKenna demonstrating some NLP on television, maybe you’ve read about NLP in a book or magazine, it could be that someone you know has shown you some. You know NLP seems kind of interesting and it looks like it could be very useful but it’s difficult to make sense of it from what you’ve experienced so far.

You could have heard all sorts of claims for it. That it’s a way of developing advanced communicating skills, influencing people, achieving your goals, managing individuals and groups, avoiding the things that you don’t want and getting much more of what you do and so on. But you are not yet ready to invest in a full NLP Practitioner training to verify these claims for yourself but you would like to know more NLP.

When people are feeling great, on-top of the world, self satisfying, self belief and self-aligned, they might well be described as having high self esteem.

Watch the introduction here on YouTube

On the other hand, when people are feeling down, unhappy with their lot, under preforming and perhaps even miserable, they can be described as having low self esteem.

We all use this somewhat ubiquitous term of ‘self esteem‘ term but …

  • what specifically is self esteem?
  • How is self esteem created? and
  • How can you get more of it?

On February, using structures from Steve Andreas excellent program of Transforming Yourself, nigel hetherington will demonstrate the structure of self esteem and how you can go about transforming your own and other peoples self esteem to create responsive, durable and above all honest foundations of the person who you want to be.

Once you know the structure, just imagine what you will be able to do once, you will necessarily be able to :

  • Recognise and transform blocks into higher self esteem
  • Increase both your own and others self esteem
  • Transform mistakes into powerful and directive learnings
  • Have processes that you can self apply to change now and become who you want to be

How to create a brilliant future - Time Lines for Future Successes

Our next session on 12th December is Time Lines for Future Successes and will centre about how you can heavily influence your future to make it more, much more, of the way you want it to be. This is a recently developed and well tested process for use in the real world!

We will explore how you can realistically set and attain you outcomes over the next 12 months and calibrate these expectations with your unconscious responses.

The process is one you can use with either yourself or clients. This process utilises your unconscious mind so ecology is and ‘realistically achievable’ is built into this process.

The demonstrated process will build on classical Time Lines, my own version of New Code NLP and some very simple yet powerful additions which I was introduced to by Christina Hall on a recent training I took with her.

A basic knowledge of NLP is required for the session.

If you book on-line for this session it’s even better value at just £9.00
